Payment & Shipping

Products are shipped to United States and most countries (contact us to check if we ship to your country). Certain products are for export only. Rocky Americas Inc. is not responsible for item lost or damage in shipping if customer does not request insurance. Some products may be shipped directly to customers from our China Distribution Center in order to reduce the cost for our customers and/or the order processing time.

None United States Mainland Customers: All posted shipping and handling fees are NOT for you, they are for 48 U.S. lower states shipping address only. None United States mainland customers are required to contact Rocky Americas Inc. for shipping and handling arrangement before sending payment and Purchase Order form. International (including Canada) customers may be required to pay customs brokerage fees and/or customs tax/duty by your country's Custom Services. Our shipping department will mark the package on customs declaration form as "Merchandise" with the full purchase value. Special custom declaration preference should be stated in Additional Instructions section on the Purchase Order form.

Return Policies

All orders from Rocky Americas Inc. may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund. Refund checks may take up to 15 business days to process. Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or credit (of equal or lesser value) within 21 calendar days from the date of delivery. No return or exchange accepted after 21 calendar days from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges on items marked "As Is", "Clearance Item", "Close Out Item", or "Surplus Parts". No returns or exchanges on "Make Offer" orders/products. No returns or exchanges on special/customized orders. No returns or exchanges on items sold/bought through auction web sites such as eBay.com. No return or exchange on items that are altered, dismantled, modified, tampered by anyone other than technicians of Rocky Americas Inc. No return or exchange on items with broken warranty seals. No refund on shipping fees.

In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Any merchandise returned without RMA# will be discarded. Please email us to obtain an RMA#.

All returned merchandise must be in brand new condition. It is very important that the merchandise returned must be in their original re-sellable condition with no sign of usage, no mounting scratches, in original packing (and wrapping), and with all accessories. The RMA# should be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made to us within 7 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Restocking fee of 20% of the item sale price will be charged for all items returned regardless of the return date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a refund or credit. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded, nor the shipping cost to send items back to us. If merchandise returned are found to be damaged or returned in a non-re-sellable condition, customer may be subjected to a 20-100% restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to failure to return accessories and/or owner's manuals, duplicate shipments, refused/unclaimed shipments, items ordered by mistake, and items found not suitable for application.

Rocky Americas Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs, lost or damage on returned items. Items to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Rocky Americas Inc. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.

Rocky Americas Inc. Three (3) Months Limited Warranty

Rocky Americas Inc. warrants products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the original date of purchase. Rocky Americas Inc.  agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective product if returned to Rocky Americas Inc. within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any Rocky Americas Inc. products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Rocky Americas Inc. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original customer. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning this warranty.

Please note Rocky Americas Inc. also resells high quality products from other manufacturers that Rocky Americas Inc. is not listed as the sole distributor or Rocky Americas Inc. is not the original importer. In this case, the original manufacturer would provide its own warranty service and Rocky Americas Inc. would only act as the retailer of the products and would not provide warranty for such products. Products in this category would be marked with "Original Manufacturer Warranty" in its product description details page. Illegal Usage

Rocky Americas Inc. cannot be held liable under any circumstances and the above described warranty is revoked if products are used for illegal purposes, offenders are subject to server legal punishments by government law enforcement agencies.
